Very cheap but don't use it for rl swarm(for the orange vps)
cause if you use cpu more than 50% your screen will be gone,
But if you rent contabo then Its fine.

Luckily codeassist is not so heavy that it needs to use a lot of cpu, btw if you have good SPECS PC just run it wsl or local.

Swap the ram to make it smoother(if you rent the cheap one) ask chgpt how to swap the ram to 16G or 32G.

As we saw on 11 October 2025 they announced their program and clearly say we will live form after 2 weeks. But now after 3 weeks they finally opened the form.

As we seen gensyn team is very professional and specially their marketing lead @austinvirts He is an amazing guy.
So Sir first i'm breaking down your form then i will share my ideas how can we better it for our next promotion application.

So, In the first Section we can clearly see these points

1: X username
2: How long we being in gensyn
3: Country and language
4: Timezone or active hours
5: Prefered way of Contributing

This is the normal information we can provide through your form. This is simple information.

Let's move to the next Sections

Section 2

1: How often do you engage with the community?
2: Describe your main contribution
3: Links or examples of your contributions
4: What impact have you had
5: Are you running a node?

Section 3

1: Why do you want to be nominated?
2: What ideas do you have?
3: Who is in the community has inspired you?
4: How do you interact with or support others?

So Sir @austinvirts according to your forms a user just can answer your question we do not have complete way where a users clearly showed you what basically they contribue in community Right?

In section 2 question 2 and 3 for example i want to share with you my contributions i have the only way to share my links but what if i posted videos to guide community i can't share them in form due to this we can't perfectly catch the contributors through this kind of forms. Also if i engage with community i can't share without Screenshots.

In Section 3 what if i want to show you my old previous web3 event hosts my global events how can i show to team i can't because i just can explain in words. What if i'm helpig members day and night i collected some Screenshots which i want to show to team that i'm helpful how can i do this?

These are the limitations users facing due to which we can miss our real contributors whose are actually deserves the roles.

So, Here is what design for my @gensynai Community hope the team and community love this idea.

@austinvirts what if we collect applications through 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 forms it will work more professionally and every user can add whole contribution in their notion sheet and submit to us like this.

I have created a notion portfolio template for 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐲𝐧 team. Users can copy this template and simply fill all their contributions in their form and fill in server.
This is too too much beneficial for our Moderators to check everything perfectly and they can easily pick deserving candidates in short time.

How it will work?

We will live the form bot after 2 week in this form link their is a option to send us your portfolio users simply add all their contribution each and everything in their notion sheets and simply paste that link in the forum.

Here was the discussion on Program Applications. Let's discuss some discord other activites.

Firstly the main important thing is we need to create voice channels in our server where users hangout, help each other through voice and can simply enjoy with their friends which keep our Server active.

Secondly events, Events are the main core we can't judge any person though chat because we need contributors not farmers those will spam all the day. So events is the best way to get real contributors.

We can host amazing twitter content competitions, X spaces, art competitions and even discord events ideas which will helpful for our community and we will teach them through our events. And when we host these things users can add all these contributions in their notion sheet and can fill extra ordinary real contributors forms.

These are the things i realised as a contributor of @gensynai and i explained everything deeply.
