Cigna uses an automated system that allows “medical directors” (doctors employed by @Cigna) to deny a claim in 1.2 seconds without opening the patient’s file.

@trianglexplorer @googlefiber came a week early for install w/ no notice & cut my AT&T fiber at the street without telling me, then said nothing they could do about it. Put a GF box on my house & didn't remove. A locate guy said their subs always do this. GF cust. svc.=horror show. Zero stars.
