@Rosspa571 @AEPTexas Yes! That's what the rolling outages are supposed to be used for and we aren't getting them. We've been out for 3 almost 4 days now.

@AEPTexas My only question is why aren't we ALL getting these rolling outages that are supposed to be 45 mins on and 45 mins off or whatever the case may be. We've been without electricity for 3 almost 4 days now.
