Know many are mad at the cinema not showing at your country or mad about the MD sale this afternoon, but please refrain from writing them at the fan letter in wvs because the platform is for the members, not for company staffs. Please write on the correct platform (suggestion form etc). Although the members are active reading letters, but those are not on their control. Fan letters section should be a fun, cute story sharing and supportive space for fans… not for negativity or any issues (like political, why this that etc) 🫩

When are you going to start taking the fan club’s recommendations and complaints seriously in order to improve the MD selling strategy?

Have you done any market research regarding the fans’ needs and actual demand? We have been here from the very beginning until now, yet there has been little to no improvement at all. When are you gonna realize that the fanbase has grown bigger and bigger now.

Honestly, you are making me lose the appetite to buy any MDs.

Long but quick rant 🥰

I genuinely do not understand what the vlast marketing team is looking at when they review their numbers and decide that this is the best way to handle merchandise sales.

The problem is that regular sales already have extremely limited stocks, then when pre-orders finally open, those are also limited in stock. That completely defeats the purpose of having a pre-order system in the first place. Pre-orders are supposed to help meet demand, not create another impossible race for fans to compete in.

This has been happening for so long that it’s honestly becoming frustrating. I’m sure countless fans have already brought this up repeatedly through feedback forms, yet nothing seems to change.

At this point, the phrase “we never expected this much demand” should not even exist in your vocabulary anymore. The fandom is massive and continues to grow, so high demand should already be expected. Fans are obviously going to buy these items immediately, and some people will unfortunately hoard them as well.

There also seems to be an issue with bots and scalpers getting access before actual fans. Scalpers are a universal problem, yes, but that is exactly why a better and more organized system should already be in place instead of repeatedly leaving fans frustrated and empty-handed.

Please reevaluate the way your marketing team handles merchandise sales, or at the very least acknowledge that the current approach is not working for the fans it’s supposed to serve.

It’s really unfair to us international fans who lives on the other side of the world. Your afternoon is past midnight here, for example 2pm KST is 1am EST. It’s hard enough to keep up with their live-bang schedules.

vlast the fact that we always have 2nd round in every merch drop is a clear evidence your merch sales strategy sucks. we all know the 2nd round will not fix everything, it will run out in seconds and still a lot of pllis will not get the merch that they want. i need you guys to come up with a real and impactful solution that can cater all plli demands and not cultivating the scalpers. this merch sales mess has to stop, you guys are on the third year. what are you guys doing all this time??? are you guys not tired to see me always complaining about the same thing over and over again?

Vlast should learn to adapt the legit “pre-order” concept. Give us enough stocks and follow the pre-order deadline. We are actually willing to wait for a later shipping dates, as long as we get all the items we wanted. We don’t want to get those overpriced items from scalpers.

@plavememespls i think vlast’s site had issues for like a whole minute or so. it wouldn’t load any items at all, until it was too late for you to checkout. so you ended up getting nothing, since it all got sold out quickly.

It’s my first time queuing to MD drop and now I’m still stressed 앜ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ.
Not gonna lie, I never want to do it again.
Maybe it’s time to stop buying merch myself and wait for the GOs, or just ✋🏻
And I think I’ll stick with ticketmaster war:)
