@potterybarn Just called customer service for the 4th time since August. I gave up on ever getting a replacement for a piece of furniture damaged in delivery (last November!) I returned all 3 pieces in August. STILL NO REFUND. I highly recommend @Arhaus

@potterybarn I highly recommend Arhaus as an alternative to Pottery Barn. If I ever get the $3500 refund I’ve been waiting on for 3 months, I’ll be using it to pay for the furniture which Arhaus was somehow able to deliver promptly.

@potterybarn I cannot believe how terrible the customer service for Pottery Barn is. I have been struggling for a full year to receive a replacement for a dresser that was damaged during delivery. Ultimately I gave up and returned it in August. I STILL haven’t received a refund.
