Hey @TeamYouTube , around January the multi-language audio feature disappeared from my channel Odd Nation Cartoons. To be clear, this is me uploading my own dub tracks (real studio voices, not AI, I clarify this because it seems the only way YouTube Studio let me add audios is if they make automatic ''AI dubs'').

I used the multi-language all of 2025 with zero issues, my second channel still has it, same account and same devices. So I've spent 8 months and too many support chats doing every "clear your cache / try another browser / try in another device" step there is. Same result, the upload manual audio option just isn't there on my main channel. The issue isn't related to any of that, it's the access to this tool or a bug in my channel.

Support keeps telling me it might be rolling out to more channels gradually, but that doesn't add up, I already had it for a year, and my smaller second channel still has it. A rollout adds a feature, it doesn't pull it from an established channel while a smaller one keeps it.

If you're a creator who also had multi-language audio and then lost it out of nowhere, tell me, I'm trying to figure out if this hit more people than just us.
