Masalahnya tuh ya gmm buru-buru buat shootingnya, ada beberapa scenes yang udah kena bully sama orang dan orang lain jadi gak mau nonton, terus platformnya cuma Netflix, in this economy gak semua orang langganan Netflix, lebih reachable pake youtube idk mungkin masalah sponsor tapi liat sendiri deh kebanyakan series gmmtv yang ditayangin eksklusif di netflix itu kurang penonton. Evaluasi lah njir ngapain ngerubah format.

i don’t agree that new cps shouldn’t start with main roles. a lot of the most popular cps started out exactly that way, and personally, i love discovering new actors/cps through their main roles. how are new pairings supposed to build a fanbase if they’re never given the chance to lead a series?

it would also get boring if they just kept recycling the same established cps as leads while putting every new pairing in side roles. there needs to be room for new faces and new dynamics.

the bigger issue is gmm choosing to put some of these series behind paywalls and barely promoting them. how do you expect a brand new pairing to gain attention or build an audience when people can’t easily watch their series and barely even know it exists? you can’t blame the pairing for not gaining popularity when they weren’t given the same opportunity or exposure in the first place.

i remember first discovering gmm shows and i was so pleasantly surprised they were all available on yt i binged like 3 shows in a week, it was their whole thing to have the content available for everyone which easily attracts new fans, now geoblock ruins everything
