The Kansas Legislature is right now debating a big #covid19 emergency bill that no one has read and the public still doesn’t have access to. It's not déjà vu, it's just dysfunction.

It should be illegal to debate / vote on bills before the public can see them.

Absurd - the #ksleg rules committee just said that expanding healthcare access is not related to a public health emergency so they won’t allow a #MedicaidExpansion amendment.

The #ksleg is a majority senior citizen legislature meaning most are high risk for #covid19. They are working in extremely crowded rooms where most aren’t wearing masks or following other CDC guidance.
