One Year Ago, Today, the Addison album was released. an album that converted me into a die hard stan of Addison, that introduced Addison's new musical identity, and that opened many doors for her career. This album is a skipless one that gave us a look into who Addison is and how she looks at things. Headphones On and Times Like These with insight on her struggles and how she looks at them, and then High Fashion and Fame is a Gun giving us a look into what her true desires were all along and what she strives for. All of the songs on Addison we can relate to in someway and even the vulnerable ones are made in a way that makes you feel like it'll be okay in the end. This album was mainly only produced by Addison, Luka, and Elvira, which is something that also made the album stand out from others. I see this album as the biggest turning point for Addison because now that it was released more of the audience is willing to see her as something else than the Tiktoker Addison Rae. She's no longer Addison Rae, she's now Addison.
