@voodoo_bubu I went to the movies, not to see their documentary, but most of the people going were young girls. It’s sad because they set such a terrible example in every way. The way they don’t stand up for their “sisters,” the oversexualization. Its all bad.

I noticed it’s insecure people with a craving for power or authority, who will try to minimize you, humble you, or attempt to dim your light. Stand up tall and fix your posture. You’re allowed to disagree with people and not be disrespected, demeaned and diminished. People who care about status and control, tend to despise and/or are jealous of intelligent, articulate, outspoken thinkers. Remain graceful and don’t be manipulated. Never shrink. Make eye contact and ask questions. Take up space.

The accusation that I am antisemitic is appalling and fundamentally dishonest. Criticizing the actions of the Israeli prime minister, a military technology contract, or the executives who supply it is not the same as criticizing Jewish people. This merger has real consequences for real people, and for the entire country. Scrutinizing the Ellisons, including Oracle’s business built on data, surveillance technology and government contracts, and the serious threat to editorial freedom and the loss of a livelihood for thousands of families, is fair and necessary. The $111 billion deal would hand one family control over CNN, HBO and Warner Bros., backed in part by foreign money whose influence on editorial decisions has never been fully explained to the public. 

Lawmakers on both sides of the aisle have called for serious national security review, and regulators still haven’t given the public a real answer. Until they do, the merger shouldn’t move forward. Now is the time to dive boldly into all these issues, not step back or concede.

I don’t like how Manon’s mistreatment has been reduced to just a missy issue. The end goal has become oh just get missy out and everything can be glitter and sunshine again but that’s not how it works. I get it’s easier to assign a face to a problem cause it gives you someone to blame, but this is all bigger than just missy. There’s a system in place at Hxg that not only enabled missy to do wtv she did, but rewarded her with a promotion after it. If you cut one head down, there’s probably 3 more growing in its place.
