@voodoo_bubu I went to the movies, not to see their documentary, but most of the people going were young girls. It’s sad because they set such a terrible example in every way. The way they don’t stand up for their “sisters,” the oversexualization. Its all bad.
Now how many sales are Katseye gonna have next week is the better question. Is it a soft landing at #1 and will it free fall off the chart now? What is their strategy for longevity? Gnarly, zucchini, hootie fruiti tootie is supposed to give them some real staying power? Okay…
And that woman is gonna keep winning because she never did anything wrong.
Like nothing. Nada. Zilch.
“But what about—” fake news. That’s why it cant stand in court.
And the whole Debuting NJZ as the first GG under Hybe was an invaluable marketing asset
Kinda like Cash Money & Young Money
In exchange for MHJ’s labour, the company promised her total creative control plus an exclusive Hybe co-sign amongst other things then flaked out on her
I noticed it’s insecure people with a craving for power or authority, who will try to minimize you, humble you, or attempt to dim your light. Stand up tall and fix your posture. You’re allowed to disagree with people and not be disrespected, demeaned and diminished. People who care about status and control, tend to despise and/or are jealous of intelligent, articulate, outspoken thinkers. Remain graceful and don’t be manipulated. Never shrink. Make eye contact and ask questions. Take up space.
WHEN YOU REALIZE THE BABY BOOM WASN'T JUST SOLDIERS COMING HOME HORNY.
It was soldiers coming home to the GI Bill free college, 0% down home loans, low-interest business loans.
It was strong unions. Pensions. A house that cost 2 years of salary.
It was confidence that the future was actually going to be better than the present.
That's what produced a baby boom. Not romance. Security.
You want a higher birth rate now?
Give people a future where they know their kids will actually be okay.
That's the whole formula. It's not complicated. It's just expensive, and nobody in charge wants to pay for it twice.
The accusation that I am antisemitic is appalling and fundamentally dishonest. Criticizing the actions of the Israeli prime minister, a military technology contract, or the executives who supply it is not the same as criticizing Jewish people. This critical and necessary dialogue is then dishonestly framed as being anti-Israel. To be clear, my views come from my own political convictions and should never be interpreted as hostility toward Jewish people, for whom I have deep love and respect. Everything I know about acting, activism, and humanism has been profoundly shaped by the Jewish friends, colleagues, and loved ones who have been integral and family throughout every point of my life.
This merger has real consequences for real people, and for the entire country. Scrutinizing the Ellisons, including Oracle’s business built on data, surveillance technology and government contracts, and the serious threat to editorial freedom and the loss of a livelihood for thousands of families, is fair and necessary. The $111 billion deal would hand one family control over CNN, HBO and Warner Bros., backed in part by foreign money whose influence on editorial decisions has never been fully explained to the public.
Lawmakers on both sides of the aisle have called for serious national security review, and regulators still haven’t given the public a real answer. Until they do, the merger shouldn’t move forward. Now is the time to dive boldly into all these issues, not step back or concede.
@pepsip4pi Stop listening to people who are illiterate and don’t understand what Lolita is actually about! I’m so sick of people misrepresenting what it’s about because they can’t think critically. Everyone understood what her man’s best friend cover was saying but don’t understand Lolita?
black americans are always told that they need to "get over" slavery but when we look at it, white people are the ones who never got over it and you can see it in the way they’ve been trying to recreate it with prison, treatment, union busting, ai/robot servitude fantasies, etc.
I don’t like how Manon’s mistreatment has been reduced to just a missy issue. The end goal has become oh just get missy out and everything can be glitter and sunshine again but that’s not how it works. I get it’s easier to assign a face to a problem cause it gives you someone to blame, but this is all bigger than just missy. There’s a system in place at Hxg that not only enabled missy to do wtv she did, but rewarded her with a promotion after it. If you cut one head down, there’s probably 3 more growing in its place.
Designer Park Siyoung speaking out abt HYBE once again
calling out their disgusting behavior and shedding light on the way they treat artists they once trained and managed. They spoke briefly about danielle’s lawsuit too
When ppl are heavily fixated on you- they end up projecting their illusions on to you. They feel like YOU think you’re better than them when in reality THEY feel insecure around you and you don’t think about them at all 😭
