Suspended Deputy National Commissioner #ShadrackSibiya has appeared before the Randburg Magistrate’s Court charged with raping an 18yr old and sexually grooming a 16yr old teen.

He is facing additional charges of trafficking as well.

His bail application will be heard on the 29th of September 2026

He will be remain in custody at Kgosi Mampuru Correctional Services

1.Accused of grooming a 16-year-old girl between July and August 2026.
2.Accused of giving alcohol to the same 16-year-old schoolgirl before raping her at a hotel.

The state and defence are not opposed to the bail application being broadcast with restrictions but that won’t proceed today because of time constraints.
