Sources are telling me that the Brewers have, as speculated, agreed to terms on an extension with Top 100 prospect Luis Lara.

The deal is expected to be for 8 years, and roughly $30 million, with two team options and incentives/escalators included.

@KentMurphy We had a cup in our team’s catchers equipment bag that we took turns using when we’d catch. There was some sort of aerosol spray for it that smelled like the stuff they use on rented bowling shoes when you return them to the counter.

@NolteNC Great article. In this new streaming world you are usually given the option to skip the opening credits/theme song…..NEVER for the Rockford Files….why do they even give you the option? No one is going to skip that beauty of an intro.

@KevG163 We didn’t realize how lucky we were to live in that era. I was glued to any game I could get on our 19” TV with the rabbit ears fetching an imperfect signal. No fantasy football, no Draft Kings, no FanDuel, no 70” 4K TV…Just the game. It was all we needed & we LOVED it.

@Dario_Melendez Got my nap already today. Not saying I would have there but it would be the only time I’d run the contact play. I would not run it with no outs with a runner on 3rd only. So mentioning one out as a reason not to run it makes no sense….that’s all I’m saying….pretty simple
