I relapsed because I was overwhelmed by suicidal thoughts. I just needed something to hold on to, something to keep me from ending my life. It was only meant to be temporary. But now I feel trapped in the disorder all over again, and the thoughts have returned. Just kill me alr.

@IHEARTCHAEJUN It can be a bit tricky to manage, really warm and sweaty in the summer, gets messy so fast, really heavy in the shower + takes a long time to dry
