I did Mindful walking today and it did me the world of good. I have never before paid attention to each step I take. Our feet are very powerful. This mindful walk got me out of my head and focussing on my feet. I will be doing more of this.
OCD is a lot more complex than excessively cleaning and being 'super organised' - it can have a devastating effect on people living with the condition and can be a barrier to work, friendships and doing the things you enjoy. It's time to stop saying "I'm a little bit OCD'.
