@SkypeSupport 2, Core features. End to end encryption is the standard now. Skype used to boast on security when MSN transferred plain text. But now privacy and security seems to have been faded out of Skype's concern.

@SkypeSupport 1, About feedback and support, Twitter is not a good place for that, you should have a issue tracking system as Bugzilla or Github; "feedback" in the software should lead user to such a system, not like a black-box

@SkypeSupport Thanks for the concern. As said I am switching to other IM: Skype still runs OK on XP for transition, and has been uninstalled on phone. My advice for Skype is that it could learn much from its open source rivals: (to be continued)

@SkypeSupport I tried it, and yes it works, so the support of version 7 has been dropped silently. I should have thought of this. Anyway I am switching to other IM. Maybe after Skype learned something from Signal, I will consider it again.

@SkypeSupport No problem about email. I had used feedback button before but never got any response. I'm an advanced user knowing how to troubleshoot. Maybe your engineers need my cooperation like Wireshark logs. But dont suggest me upgrade to skype8: due to system limits I will stick to 7.
