@Cdub470 @themodpun She's talking about Chicago syphilis. I sent the only statistics specific to that. She didn't cite a "study." That's a narrative review of immigration STI screening practices. I asked for the evidence that migrants are the cause of the increase. Still haven't seen it.

@themodpun First of all, he wrote the majority opinion in Utah v. Strieff, not the dissent. Second of all, where in that decision does he address over-policing and the impact on communities of color? And what does Brown v. Illinois have to do with this? He wasn't even on the Court.
