I still have not been given a single specific example or any concrete evidence of wrongdoing. I am fully willing to provide any proof needed. Please escalate my case and ensure it receives a genuine manual human review, because I truly believe my channel was unfairly removed due to an automated or mistaken decision.

This is what makes the situation so devastating:
years of work, content, audience, and momentum can disappear overnight because of what appears to be an automated mistake.
What is the point of building a channel, following the platform, and investing years into content creation if everything can be erased without transparency and without a proper human review?

I am formally requesting that my case be escalated for a full manual review by a real human specialist.

At this point, I am not even asking about revenue.
I am asking for something much more basic:

YouTube creators should not have to beg for a real human review after losing everything to what looks like an automated mistake.

A channel was terminated on February 2, 2026 under “Spam, deceptive practices & scams,” and the appeal was rejected almost immediately. Since then, there has still been no meaningful explanation: no specific videos, no examples of violations, no clear evidence, just generic policy wording.

What makes this even more disturbing is that this exact pattern has already happened to other legitimate creators.
@raineyx described a very similar case: instant rejection, then a message from @TeamYouTube saying the decision “stands,” and only much later — after more time and pressure — the channel was finally reinstated.
A similar story was also shared by @HoopleticsYT, where things only started moving after a long period of uncertainty.

That raises a serious question: how many legitimate creators are being wrongfully removed first, then ignored, and only later restored once an actual person finally reviews the case?

This system is causing enormous damage. People spend years building channels, communities, businesses, and income streams — and all of it can disappear overnight with no real explanation.

It has now been 43 days since this termination happened. At this point, the priority is not even revenue. The priority is simple: a fair manual review by a real human being.

Creators should not have to spend weeks posting publicly, tagging support accounts, or thinking about legal action just to receive basic due process.

This channel publishes original informational and entertainment videos about luxury topics — homes, hotels, private jets, luxury lifestyles, and wealthy public figures. It does not make offers, run promotions, or direct viewers off-platform.

What makes this case especially difficult to understand is not only the termination itself, but the fact that the channel had no prior warnings, no strikes, and no known policy issues before it was removed. We always tried to follow YouTube’s policies carefully and in good faith.

In fact, the channel had recently regained monetization after a manual review just one month earlier, which makes this enforcement even more confusing.

What is especially hard to understand is that no specific video, metadata element, or channel behavior has ever been identified to us as the reason for this enforcement. We were not shown any concrete example of what YouTube considered spam, deceptive, or scam-related behavior.

For that reason, we are respectfully asking for a genuine human manual re-review of the channel. The appeal decision came back extremely quickly, within only a couple of minutes, which makes it very hard to believe that the case received a full and careful manual review.

We are fully prepared to provide supporting evidence — including scripts, project files, production materials, and any additional context needed — to demonstrate that the content was created and published in good faith.

If needed, just please tell us what exactly you want to see. What evidence should we provide? What should we record, show, or explain? We are ready to do all of it, because we are confident that the channel did not intentionally violate YouTube’s rules and had no such purpose.
