The mind plays the role of insulator and this is one of the 14 main characteristic of air element, with conscious use this can be used for powerful applications, but if it works against you it will insulate you from your self and your best interest because it is programmed to do so by 'other forces'

Metabolism and general energy flow in the body:

Requires (hyoid bone) throat and solar metal/chakra work and ofc triple warmer-spleen imbalance tuning
(because in some cases triple warmer pulls a lot energy from spleen if there is too much fear, worry or with someone who lives in danger so it steals and stops energy flow and this has to be balanced)

For neurolymphatic points to start the flow of fluids:
This can be done with massage and 'thumping' behind the ears, massaging and pulling the scalp, spine area flush, armpit and rib area and all to the back of the knees and K27 points and spleen points like in the image below
In most cases 'body work' does the job and starts the energy flow in areas where energy is stuck, this is 5min routine that does a lot over time
(this is basic energy hygiene and does not require any special magick or shamanic training so its safe to do, the book in the image is from the system i studied in and its highly recommended for energy work and there are a lot of videos on how to properly do this)

The central meridian is highly sensitive to other people's thoughts and feelings and it affects metals/chakras, this area has to be protected

If someone is stealing energy or sending some negative energy the central meridian 'zip up' method is amazing fast and simple method to shield that area, without any need to put up shields like OMNILS or other advanced energy shields or usage of magical tools
(this is basic energy work and does not require any special magick or shamanic training so its safe to do)

The central meridian attack is one of the most common one for energy influence, especially on women, if you feel good and full of energy and minutes later for no special reason you feel exposed, drained or naked or your body starts to slightly bend forward this is energy drain, or if you feel puled to someone for no special reason and you are giving in to their demands someone is causing this so don't ignore it, if your believe system tells you its nothing ignore it, air lies all the time, in time you will expand your personal power by ignoring the air, and teaching it how to defend
