@British_Airways further, BA cancelled almost all LUX-LHR flights so I can't make my original connection. BA does not deliver the product I paid and refuses a refund. Who can help me get my money back after 2 years?

@British_Airways so why can't I get a refund? I was forced to take those worthless vouchers before my flight was cancelled. The original flight did never operate but when I apply for a refund it says that it DID operated which is a lie. To be conitniued
