@sainsburys Well you didn’t say that on your site that it is up to the manager to decide nor offer me to check the cctv that I was there. They didn’t even check the number of my card account and search it on your till so that it will show that I bought the product there.
@sainsburys your product is faulty, your staff didn’t change the product nor refund it ( I just want other item) and on top of that it seems like accusing me of lying they said like some people come and take product and exchange it.

@sainsburys Your staff even says that some people just come and pick product and returns it. Well I am not some customer. They seems like insinuating that I steal that product. When I went to your store I went straight away to the security guard and told me to go to specific till.
@sainsburys I did read it and it says i am allowed to bring my bank of statement which i did but your staff says it is not allowed. On top of that your product is FAULTY.
@sainsburys I purchased it in store. It seems like your staff and even the manager doesn’t listen to me. I challenge them to check the cctv but your staff ignored that. I will not steal someting.
@Opodo_UK @opodo for a person who is trying to avoid stress because of health condition you are not helping. You are making hard for small people like me @eDreams_ODIGEO#danadunne it’s more than 120 days. Are you going to refund it when we are starving to death?
@SingaporeAirID Thank you so much, we emailed you today. This is really frustrating, we normally go to Asia every year with my husband and 2 kids. I am trying to save few bucks and I ended up with @Opodo_UK @opodo which is a big mistake. They are the worse travel agent. Never going to used them
@SingaporeAirID I am trying to get my refund for cancelled Singapore Airlines flight last August, I booked flights through Opodo and I am constantly chasing them but they keep saying they can’t refund because Singapore Airlines haven’t refunded them! Please can you help?
