Following this response, he once again called the customer service team. After being placed on hold for 10 minutes the call was dropped. This was not the first time extended calls were dropped forcing us to repeat the entire (lengthy) process.

MTN South Africa, I have been without incoming call services for over two months.
Despite countless calls from both the account holder and myself, my voice service has still not been reprovisioned.

@MTNza I have visited four different MTN branches, and each one has given me a different explanation — with no resolution.
I simply want to receive calls.
As a paying customer, I believe that is a reasonable and basic expectation.
Please resolve this urgently.
