Guild Wars 1 was one of the earliest MMOs I played extensively when I was younger (Everquest -> GW -> RS), so I cannot wait to see what GW3 has in store! #GuildWars
@riotgames@LeagueOfLegends you guys might actually have the dumbest report system possible. You restricted ME, despite my team int feeding and then blaming me??? OK.

@Jeremillion_ I agree, I'm looking forward to the game. I do think people expected a more gritty Dragon Quest though, which this doesn't initially look to be that way so I could understand that. All the backlash about the characters though, I think they look great.
@SmugStickDB I think he looks like he's tired of peoples shit but when it comes down to the wire he *locks the fuck in* and is going to be an absolute badass.

Just in case anyone wonders; If you have a medical condition which alters how your body absorbs nutrients or up/down regulates your metabolism, a deficit *still* works. You just have to change your nutrient compositions. The Law of Thermodynamics is undefeated.
And just as a follow up, if the person asking for advice *does not* need to lose weight, then they shouldn't be in a deficit. Don't ask randoms you don't know on the internet for information, ask a professional. Whether that's your Dr, a nutritionist or a trainer.
Just got blocked on twitter for the first time by someone that *doesn't* know what they're talking about LOL. I normally like to keep this to gaming content, but for people who don't know: I have a doctorate in Physical Therapy, I have been a trainer for 15 years ->
dangerous to recommend calorie deficits when a person is asking to lose weight. As a general rule, it is the best advice. As a professional, you ask follow up questions for a concrete plan of action. If that person reads this, keep your trauma and misinformed info to yourself.
