Ten different parties have won at least one parish in the 2022 Saeima election, with JV and ZZS winning the vast majority of parishes and AS, NA, and S! winning more than 10 parishes.

Support for the Convention is highest among the youngest (18-34) and the oldest (75+) age groups. A plurality of voters aged 45-74 support withdrawing, on the other hand.

Support for leaving is also much higher among men (45.6%) than women (29.7%).

A plurality of AS and ZZS voters support staying despite their parties' stance last year.

A majority of NA, MMN, LPV, and SV/AJ voters back leaving, though opinions are far more divided than among PRO / JV voters.

Saeima approved in the final reading a special law to allow for Latvia's participation in the financial stabilization of airBaltic, including potential participation in the purchase of its bridge financing bonds, as well as the capitalization of existing bonds.

The law will let the government invest up to €30 million in airBaltic's bridge-financing bonds alongside private investors, convert existing bonds (€50m) and remaining loan (€18m+) into equity, and extend the €30m loan's repayment deadline to year-end.
