@FlyRwandAir Update, they have refused to pay more than $50. Never take nice luggage on Rwandair, they won't compensate appropriately when they destroy it.

@FlyRwandAir You cancel my flight and offer no compensation. I am forced to pay for a hotel. My suitcase is destroyed and I am offered $50 for a $360 bag that can't be repaired or bought in East Africa. How will tourism recover if this is how customers are treated?
