Yes, beef prices are getting higher. What doesn't help:
-printing trillions of dollars for nonsense
-indefinite useless wars in the Middle East that jack up fuel costs
-consolidation of ranching into few owners
-impossibility of small to mid size processing
-creating these new artificial price levels using Mamdani Math which is going to cause us to then need to bail out our American ranchers

If you can afford it, go buy some more meat from your local rancher and fill your freezer.

I was in an Uber in LA yesterday with a driver recently arrived from China who had zero English. Like zero - not ‘hello’, or ‘fine’ to ‘how are you.’ He raced along a freeway I did not recognize and I couldn’t see his screen to check the destination. Lack of English is a safety issue among all the other issues it represents.
