Try and stick to a regular sleep schedule to really feel good.
That means going to sleep around the same time at night and waking up around the same time in the morning.
Carbs are "bad" when you eat the starchy and refined kind in excess, have an unbalanced diet, and are sedentary.
Solution? Do the opposite of those things and be healthier and happier ๐

If you're going the stationary bike route, the upright bike is arguably better as your core is used more in addition to all the leg work.
That's not to say the recumbent bike doesn't have its place though.

For a beginner thinking of personal training, think of it like drivers education.
Sure you can figure out how to drive on your own, but taking drivers ed classes with an experienced instructor is simply just safer and more effective.
Eat sweets in moderation. Added sugars and refined carbohydrates should be a small part of what you eat, not the majority of it.
Try eat more fiber and protein, since most people don't get enough daily.
