The situation here in Bicol is making me cry, majority of the places are flooded, lagpas tao na ang baha at rumaragasa. Lots of people need rescuing, and moat are stranded. Too much for the reacuers to handle na ang iba, and giba-giba na ang daan. Please include us in your prayer
