The factors that I focus on when evaluating a character are as follows
1. Versatility, Safety
2. Damage efficiency
3. SC, CE, LH efficiency
4. Range
5. Ring out // Wall combo efficiency
6. Side step inhibitory ability
7. Middle, Low mixup ability(Okizme including)
私がキャラクターを評価する時、重点を置く要素は次の通りです。
1. 汎用性、安全性
2. ダメージ効率
3. SC、CE、LH効率
4. 射程距離
5. リングアウト、壁コンボ効率
6. 左右移動抑制能力
7. 中·下段攻撃(Okizeme含む)

S++++++ tier
My main character
He has no shortage. If I do well, I will win
私のメインキャラクターです

S tier
They're perfect
As long as the player who uses it doesn't make mistakes, there's no weakness

A tier
Strong but less strong than S
Versatility ability is less than S

B tier
They have a very good skills to knock their opponents down and have a many long range skills
Okizeme is also strong

Middle, Low mixup capability is also excellent (Ivy is two special throw)
But they have clear weaknesses and risk
You must know how to method of destroying these characters.
Otherwise you'll experience hell and feel these characters are higher than S-tier

C tier
Players who use this character require a lot of excellent strategy, high character understanding, and the ability to make long-term plans
But they have to meet the tricky conditions in order to play to their strengths
And the protracted warfare strategy is enforced
That's their weakness
Depending on the player's level and ability, the difference between the highest and lowest points is very large
これらのキャラクターを使用するプレーヤーは、優れた戦略と高いキャラクター理解力、長期的な計画を立てる能力を多く必要とします。
しかし、これらのキャラクターが持っている長所を発揮するためには、やや厳しい条件を満たさなければなりません。
そして長期戦の戦略を迫られます
それが彼らの弱点です

D tier
These characters have excellent counter-hit play style abilities.
And unusually, you can pressure your opponent when you have your back against the wall or ring.
Therefore, it requires very detailed and sophisticated play
And the outsmart has to be very good
The downside is that if you don't make a counter hit or you're not a smart person, it's hard to bring a win
これらのキャラクターは、優れたカウンターヒットプレイスタイルの能力を持っています。

E tier
Each of them has a very different fight style, but they have something in common that shows very good ability in close combat.
It shows great potential if you can do close combat.
But they have fatal weaknesses with when long range fight.

近接戦闘ができれば大きな潜在力を見せてくれます。
しかし、長距離戦闘には致命的な弱点があります

F tier
Busy hands and a lot of high-level control skills are required when playing them
They show strength when transitioning from defense to attack
Continuous pressure attacks using their Special Stances are useful for generating an opponent's guard crush
But they lack the ability to launch preemptive strikes in medium to long-range confrontations
運営する時手が忙しく、高いコントロール能力が要求されます
彼らが防御から攻撃に切り替えるとき、その利点が発揮されます
特殊姿勢を利用した持続的な圧迫攻撃は相手のガードクラッシュを発生させるのに役立ちます

G tier
They have different fight styles but generally have good abilities.
They are versatile and stable and good performance

H tier
have a bad return on risk
You can play it safely, but if you do, it's much better to play another character
