@TelkomZA I did, instead my case was closed unresolved. Meaning I must pay for some service I didn't use while my number was being processed for sim-swap & I have R10 spend limit. Legally I didn't have my number during that time, and I plan to cancel this contract if this isn't resolved.

My contract was deducted extra R2500 in January 2026. @TelkomZA claims I subscribed to an online music streaming service, which I've never. Telkom claims this happened on 14 & 15 December 2025. I did a sim swap on the 14th in the morning,it was only successful the on 15 December.
