17.) You listen to music that revs up instead of feeds your soul (godly music)
18.) You grumble
19.) You harbor unforgiveness in your heart 
20.) You isolate yourself
21.) You aren’t in church

Reasons You Feel Anxiety:

1.) Caffeine 
2.) Sugar
3.) Seed oils
4.) Gluten 
5.) Artificial sweeteners
6.) Artificial colors
7.) Artificial flavors
8.) Artificial fragrances
9.) Lotions, shampoos, soaps, self-tanner, make-up, and sunscreen that contain hormone disruptors….

10.) Lack of sunshine
11.) You look at social media way too much
12.) You don’t start your day reading the Bible
13.) You don’t start your day in extended prayer
14.) You don’t express thanks to God

How do we become discerning? Proverbs 18:15 says we should seek it out! It's found by reading the Word and listening to godly pastors and teachers. Always be careful about who you listen to. Look at the fruit of anyone you allow to teach you.
