A4. (3/3) This week I met with a team of women that work in the energy minister of Chile - and Chile through its affiliation with APEC is leading the gender equity initiative by calling for specific goals to be achieved in hiring and developing women in energy. #LaunchHour

A4. (2/3) I am working as the founder and chair of the Board of the Council on Women in Energy & Environmental Leadership (CWEEL) to bring resources for much needed training, mentoring and networking for women in the energy and clean tech sector. #LaunchHour

A4. (1/3) We are at a significant point in the launching of an international movement to empower women in predominantly male dominated industries such as transportation, mining and energy. #LaunchHour

A3. (3/3) That evolved into an opportunity to develop a web-based utility bill processing, presentment and payment application which then led to creating my own business first in consulting to govt. & business customers and then to start up a demand response company. #LaunchHour

A3. (2/3) Then moved to private sector in natural gas and commodity based services and then progressed to work in an executive position in an ESCO which brought greater expertise in how customers use electricity and natural gas and how to improve efficiency. #LaunchHour

A3. (1/3) I had previously worked in the utility sector in engineering and energy efficiency - then assigned to develop a utility affiliated start up company in natural gas commodity sales. #LaunchHour
