It is our pleasure to honor you and to also honor Larry Rump. We created this award this month to bring attention to your role in saving that gentleman. Larry has been a great leader of our association. This award will be awarded only on occasion of significant circumstances.

[Mike Mattin @mikemattin]

@wrestlingdelta @OhioAthleticCom Thank you SouthShore Officials Wrestling Association! So many people were involved in that unfortunate event. Happy to play a part and glad things turned out the way they did.

[Delta Wrestling @wrestlingdelta]

Special thanks to the Southshore wrestling officials association for honoring Coach Mike Mattin with the Larry Rump award for his involvement in a situation at the D3 districts in Rossford.

They also donated $1000 to the ⁦@OhioAthleticCom⁩ scholarship fund in his name.
