@HMRCcustomers please advise how I can contact you and speak to a person. Ive tried no less than 17 times today. Twice been disconnected after holding 30+ mins, 3 times been told you're too busy for me to even hold & the rest disconnected before I was even put on hold.

Email from letting agents today- advice on how to avoid damaging my home this winter (think burst pipes & damp) + a suggestion that my heating remains on 13 degrees!

@scrimptonMike @_DHOTYA My 4YO once attempted to make me breakfast in bed. Weetabix, with milk, even sprinkled sugar on top & brought me a spoon. She carried it up the stairs & passed it to me - dead proud of herself. She handed me the sieve full & I wolfed it down quickly to avoid anymore spillage!!
