@DwrCymru People are still confused who should boil their water and who shouldn’t. Web site misleading and when neighbours phone one is being told to boil the other not to as it fine, each got the same postcode. You need to clarify 😡

@DwrCymru You need to get your act together! Initially CF40 2A? Was not included in boiling water, when we rang we were told yes we were to boil our water! Now post code on the website says yes we are but people phoning are told no you’re not on the list! And you map says no which is it!!
