There are 6 veterans associated with Chapel Hill. Edgar Waite, Bertie Hall, Thomas Richards, Herbert Coy, Neville Coy and Omar Stevens.
Thanks to the Eyes On Hands On project the Commonwealth War Graves are cleaned every three months.

Whilst we want to save St Mary’s from possible demolition, we’d like to demolish this @DwrCymru pumping station to the right of St Michael’s. This build unnecessarily squats on a medieval slipway that was first used in Roman times.

The 3rd of the 3 St Mary’s, 3 fields from Chapel Hill and the only church still working (and with a roof). The 1st being Tintern Abbey, 2nd Chapel Hill).
Penterry is open each Christmas Eve evening for carols and a service the first Sunday of each month, 11.30.
