@vueling Hola we just got an email from Vueling asking us to pay back as Vueling paid us twice for compensation? This is ridiculous! We are still waiting for our compensation and haven’t seen any penny from Vueling! What are you talking about???

@vueling hola I’m not sure if you get our message. It’s been 5 months since our compensation request submitted to Vueling and in August Vueling agreed to pay after we made numerous calls and emails. Sadly, it’s been another two months passed and no compensation received.

@vueling August 4 Vueling sent us a link for bank info as the agreed to pay for compensation due to cancellation back to June. We never got that. Every time we called no movement. Another 3 months passed, no money received! It is illegal for Vueling to give us the fake invoice!

@vueling im pretty sure you know committing invoice fraud can lead to serious legal consequences, is it? So when you were sending us the fake bank transfer invoice, you break the law!

@vueling chasing Vueling for 5 months due to flight cancellation & they just gave us a fake proof of payment. Now every time we call, agent just repeats oh we are reporting to the department? Every day same answer! Just don’t choose Vueling or you will like us with all the lost

@vueling Flight cancelled without notification back to June LGH-AGP. Still waiting for compensatoin €800. Over 5 months with numerous phone calls+emails. Vueling emailed a fake proof of payment in September identified by our bank as no money from them!

@pfeiffer_1994 @vueling They just cancelled the flight without telling us. We went to the airport and they said the next one would be next evening same time. So you can image the expense in both places.

@vueling we’ve tired of hearing the excuses-we sent the money or there is a mistake or we are looking into it. It’s another two months passed still no movement??? The proof of payment you sent is identified by our bank as a fake copy. We are a step away from taking legal action
