Until I delete it, I fear this will become a @British_Airways hate account. Now they cancelled an evening flight and assigned me one at 10am. No other flights later. Just spent an extra day off and £330 in flight changes and another hotel night to not miss commitments that day.🤬

Unbelievable. @British_Airways to Cologne 2 weeks ago cancelled. I booked another BA to Amsterdam this weekend for my birthday. CANCELLED AGAIN. They didn't compensate me last time because it was "exceptional circumstances", but twice in two weeks seems pretty common. 😡

@British_Airways I already got a "solution" that involves going to another airport, spending the night there while I had one booked in Amsterdam, and flying to ROTTERDAM to not lose the whole day of MY BIRTHDAY waiting for another BA plane. The only thing I want from BA now is COMPENSATION. 😡

@AirwaysSup A delay is an inconvenience. TWO CANCELLATIONS IN TWO WEEKS IS A DISGRACE. I'm on the phone now trying to sort it with no good options, apparently. Half holidays lost. Not booking another BA EVER AGAIN. You should stop flying and open a lemonade stand. Try not to cancel that.
