@DineshDSouza The faith they gave up was never a true faith to start with. Try looking up Question 1 of the Heidelberg Catechism and read the Scripture references with it.

@heimhopper@thyflameoflove But you still have Jesus on the cross; with no resurrection. The empty cross communicates the resurrection and Jesus' finished work on the cross. Where is Jesus now?
@CatholicDrip___ The gospel is not an argument; it's a challenge. Most likely the atheist has never read the Gospels bc he doesn't want to. So challenge him to read the Gospel of John. And walk away - the ball is in his court.
