I think we sometimes forget what we’re actually creating when we promote peptides, TRT, and human optimization.
We’re building a world that’s more competitive, where the standard for being a “winner” keeps rising. More people will be lean, energetic, ambitious, attractive, and high-performing.
Ironically, society still depends on people who don’t optimize everything. We still need people willing to do the jobs nobody dreams about doing. We still need average. We still need people who are fine with being poor.
If everyone had 1,300 ng/dL testosterone, a six-pack, elite discipline, and a 150 IQ, being exceptional wouldn’t be exceptional anymore.
Just did a hot Pilates class (please bully me) but that shit is easy asf any dude that’s an amateur lifter should be able to breeze through it. So if a girl every tries telling you that Pilates is “hard” you can use my anecdotal evidence that it’s not.
As someone who used to listen to rap and doesn’t anymore, why the fuck did that type of music ever become popular. It’s literally just black people talking about drugs and killing each other and it sounds like complete shit
Biggest pet peeve on Instagram (other than shitty fitness accounts) is girls posting these stupid scenic pictures that don’t require any photography skills. And they usually aren’t even good fucking pictures
