I’m at Lyari Lit Fest. Turnout is fabulous and diverse - both people from Lyari and outside strong here in numbers, half of the room is women. The program centers Balochi activists and intellectuals, centering literature in context of local languages.
A most prominent journalist of Pakistan Wusatullah Khan conducted the the panel discussion focused on Lyari and Politics: Past, Present and Future.
Thank you to our honourable panelist to share their perspective .

@LyariLF is good initiative to further the cause of academics, extra-curricular actvties and art.
It will significantly change the discourse and take lyari on the way to progress.
It was so heartening to attend the @LyariLF today. It was well organised and managed. One particular thing which was fascinating throughout the event was the level of discourse during Panel discussions. People were aware of how they were represented, how they can change it, (1/n)
Liyari is so creative and talented that I regret for not being a local of Liyari. One can not stop appreciating @LyariLF team for making such a wonderful Literary Festival, with too many artistic events and an amazing ending concert.
