Recently, we raised awareness about a community organized for the systematic harassment of Felix. This was done carefully and deliberately to ensure that no specific fandom or member was targeted in the process.

In response, the akgaes behind that site have attempted to justify their ongoing harassment in 2025 by circulating materials from a private chatroom that no longer exists and disappeared in 2021. These materials are being selectively shared with specific fanbases to vilify the Felix fandom and legitimize their current actions targeting felix . Using anonymous, out-of-context content from a hate site to excuse continued attacks against Felix only fuels misinformation and prolongs conflict.

They have also claimed that posts on large Korean general community boards are written by “Felix fans.” These platforms are not fan communities; they are public forums that include non-fans, where hate posts targeting Felix are frequently uploaded as well. It is unreasonable to suggest that thousands of comments across Korea’s largest sites, such as Theqoo, are all written by Felix fans simply to associate him with every negative incident.

This hate site consistently exploits emotional fandom conflicts as a pretext to exclude Felix. While falsely presenting themselves as “OT8,” they have raised funds and sent protest trucks, deliberately creating the narrative that the wider fandom supports Felix’s exclusion.

Currently, certain fanbase accounts are actively enabling this hate site by repeatedly resurfacing the same four-year-old narratives and materials created by malicious users. Behind the scenes, at least one individual member fanbase has been directly assisting akgaes.

Before making our first public post, we privately contacted multiple individual member fanbases to warn them about the situation and asked for help spreading awareness through direct messages. Multiple fanbase admins were aware of this before our initial post. Shortly afterward, akgaes demonstrated clear knowledge of our outreach, made posts indicating they had been informed, and directed slurs at us. At the time, we could not identify who had disclosed our private warnings or who was secretly cooperating with them. Due to this breach of trust, we made the decision to move communication into the public

It later became evident that there were plans to leak a group chat from 2021 in order to retroactively justify akgae actions in 2025. Only one individual had access to that chat and that is the akgae responsible for organizing the protest trucks. That individual worked in coordination with Hyunjin Central, who assisted these akgaes in leaking the chat and using messages from other akgaes in 2021 as a shield for their current behavior.

We want to be absolutely clear: we do not agree with the contents of those chats, and we do not believe that akgae behavior from the past should ever be used to justify akgae behavior in the present. Recycling private conversations from 2021 will only inflame fandom tensions, prolong conflict, and prevent any meaningful resolution.

We do not incite fandom infighting. Our goal has never been to attack fans. Our goal is transparency and fair treatment for every member. We believe all members deserve respect and protection, and we emphasize that Felix is a valued member of Stray Kids who deserves that same respect.

Felix has endured the same patterns of targeted hate that other members have faced, akgaes harassing him on Instagram, on Bubble, across community platforms, and even in real-life encounters. This harassment forced him to stop using the LoveStay hashtag on his Instagram posts, made him rarely check Bubble messages and community posts, and contributed to him turning from an extrovert into an introvert after negative experiences with akgaes in real life. However, we have never chosen to resurface incidents from years ago to redirect anger or justify harm toward other members. Digging up past conflicts only perpetuates cycles of harassment and shifts focus away from accountability in the present. Our priority has always been protecting members now, not weaponizing history or siding with those who cause harm to “win” an imaginary war while far more serious issues demand your attention instead

당사는 이전 여러 차례 공지한 바와 같이, 소속 아티스트인 스트레이 키즈의 권익 보호를 위해 허위사실 유포 및 악의적 비방 등 아티스트의 기본권을 침해하는 행위에 대해 강경한 법적 대응을 진행하고 있습니다.

아울러 전문 모니터링 업체를 통해 국내외 커뮤니티, SNS 등에서 아티스트에 대한 허위사실 유포 및 음해, 악의적 비방, 조롱 행위 등 악성 게시글과 댓글 자료를 실시간으로 수집하여 악성 게시글 및 댓글 작성자에 대한 고소장과 소장을 꾸준히 접수하였습니다.

이에 최근 수사기관이 영장을 발부받아 피고소인들을 특정하여 수사 중에 있으며 국내외 법원을 통해 해외 플랫폼에 악성 게시글을 올린 피고의 신원을 확인 중에 있습니다. 당사는 앞으로도 수사기관 및 법원에 긴밀히 협조하여 가해자들이 엄중한 처벌을 받을 수 있도록 끝까지 적극 대응하고자 합니다. 이 과정에서 어떠한 선처나 합의도 없습니다.

As previously announced on multiple occasions, our company is pursuing firm legal measures to protect the rights and interests of our artist, Stray Kids, against actions that infringe upon their fundamental rights, including the dissemination of false information and malicious defamation.

Furthermore, through a professional monitoring agency, we are continuously and systematically collecting evidence of malicious posts and comments such as the spread of false information, defamatory content, malicious slander, and ridicule targeting our artists across domestic and international online communities and social media platforms. Based on this evidence, we have been consistently filing criminal complaints and civil lawsuits against the individuals responsible for such content.

Recently, investigative authorities have obtained warrants and are currently conducting investigations after identifying the accused parties. In addition, we are working in cooperation with domestic and international courts to verify the identities of defendants who have posted malicious content on overseas platforms. We will continue to cooperate closely with investigative authorities and judicial bodies and will pursue these matters to the fullest extent to ensure that the perpetrators receive strict legal punishment. No leniency or settlements will be considered in this process.

📢 Statement Regarding Organized Akgae Inciting the Exclusion of Felix

We have recently received reports regarding organized groups of k-side akgaes who are attempting to exclude Felix from the fandom, using his guest appearance on You Quiz on the Block as an excuse for coordinated attacks. The attached image show examples of the insults being posted, but they represent only a small portion of the content being shared.

This is a malicious extension of the years-long campaign of spreading rumors and attacks against Felix.
We have also confirmed that these akgaes are planning on contacting other fanbases, pressuring them to join their coordinated efforts to ostracize him.

Such actions constitute clear illegal activities, including the dissemination of false information, defamation, and collective harassment, all of which are subject to legal prosecution.

Furthermore, this is a grave issue that causes division within the Stray Kids fandom and severely damages the reputation of the entire group. Their behavior has now reached a criminal level, and we are currently reporting these activities to JYPE with documented evidence.

We will monitor this situation to the very end and take all necessary measures to protect Felix. We want to make it clear that we are fully aware of the circumstances and the individuals leading this incitement and exclusion.

For the past several years, Felix has been a constant target of rumors created by 'akgaes'. This is not just about Felix; it is a critical threat to the entire fandom, as any member's activities could become the next target of such malicious attacks. We sincerely ask Stays not to support these attacks and to stand together to protect Felix and Stray Kids.
