Bubble Wrap Bonding! After a wonderful discussion on self-care & resilience (led by our FYS Peer Mentor Jordon), students in @lycoMindfulU built safe packages for their own eggs before dropping them from the Fine Arts Bldg. End result? Some very resilient eggs! @LycomingCollege

Yesterday, @lycoMindfulU visited a local preschool to talk about emotions & calming strategies. After reading, "Little Monkey Calms Down," FYS students led preschoolers through mindfully eating a Hershey's Kiss, creating a mind jar, and animal yoga. Such fun! π@LycomingCollege
