On this day in 1945, Nazi Germany unconditionally surrendered to the Allies, ending World War II in Europe.

President Zelensky says Russia will be defeated 'as Nazism was'.

"All the old evil that modern Russia is bringing back will be defeated just as Nazism was defeated," President Zelensky said in a video at Kyiv's World War II memorial and park.

The Ukraine leader added that the Kremlin was responsible for "aggression and annexation, occupation and deportation," as well as "mass murder and torture."

BREAKING: GOP Texas State Rep. Bryan Slaton has just resigned after being accused of having inappropriate sexual conduct with an intern and then obstructing the investigation.

Slaton is accused of having sexual conduct with one of his interns. The woman was under the age of 21, and Slaton allegedly drank alcohol with her.

According to the complaint and a source with firsthand information, Slaton supposedly exhibited bogus emails to the intern containing details about the incident in a possible attempt to test her loyalty. Following the presentation of the email, Slaton reportedly instructed her not to discuss the incident with anyone.

Just wondering if his voters consider this "grooming."
