I grew up a 3rd generation #newyorker imagining I’d never leave but recently realized I’d lost the sense of community. I sold my Upper Westside apartment and moved to #CapeCod where it’s easier to connect, regardless of shared beliefs, politics or hobbies. Much less #lonely.

@UPS After nearly 40 minutes and 8 calls, I finally got through to a human who helped me. That phone tree is a menace. I urge you to work with a usability expert to improve it. If UPS MyChoice permitted selection of desired delivery TIME it would have resolved the whole thing.
