@HawaiianAir system upgrade makes it very difficult to want to continue to earn status on them especially when your only option to check-in, bags, seats, tsa ID is at the airport…oh and by the way, don’t go early cause no one will be there so you’ll waste $50 in transpo fees
@Delta it is unacceptable to have no inflight entertainment, no power at your seat and no advanced notice to passengers on an 8-hr flight! Totally unacceptable
Shout out to @Delta counter agent Onika in DCA - she provided the best customer service I’ve had in the past 6 weeks, 30k miles flown! She could teach your agents at JFK (who were rude AF) and (sadly) all the @HawaiianAir agents who were just plain unhelpful!
So disappointed at the Short sighted policies plus poor customer service experience @HawaiianAir. All I asked was for a zero cost solution to continue to fly with you but since that was too much to ask, on to @Delta for my flights!

@sprint I xld my account in Sept,keep getting billed for it, sent through hoops over the past 3 months and so far today have been hung up on/transferred 3 times! The best is when I ask for a supervisor I get transferred back to some random #sprintcustomerservicesucks
