@oliverburdick Why is it called "The House"?
In the Quran, the Kaaba is called "Baytullah" (The House of Allah). This does not mean that the Creator is confined to a physical space. Instead, it is a title of honor, showing that He has chosen this as a special and holy place for worship
@oliverburdick A Symbol of Unity: No matter where you are in the world, turning to the same point during prayer symbolizes millions of people—from different languages and colors—meeting at a "single center."
.
@oliverburdick A Place of Equality: The white clothes (Ihram) worn during Hajj and Umrah erase social status, wealth, and rank. During the great rotation (Tawaf) around the Kaaba, a king and a worker stand side by side in the same row.
@oliverburdick Historical Depth: According to faith, its foundations date back to Prophet Adam. It was later rebuilt by Prophet Abraham and his son Ishmael. It is considered the oldest temple of monotheism on Earth.

Arkadaşınız İmanı bir mesela hakkında şüphesi varsa mutlaka konuşmalı.
