The former boss of Barclays has denied having sex with a woman he called “Snow White” in an email to Jeffrey Epstein.

Jes Staley, who ran the British bank from 2015 until 2021, told US Congress during a closed-door hearing in July that he could not recall meeting a woman he referred to as “Snow White” and rejected a suggestion that it was a codename for a woman Epstein had arranged for him to have sex with.

🚨For years, David Johnson — Ojai pastor, and self-appointed guardian of “traditional family values” — flooded his feed warning that “sick people” shouldn’t be “allowed to be around young impressionable minds.” He demanded “TOTAL EDUCATION REFORM,” raged about drag queens “grooming” kids, and called trans people a “steep slope” straight to societal collapse.

Now it’s Johnson, 58, sitting in Ventura County jail without bail, accused of horrific crimes against children.

He’s been charged with six felony counts: four counts of lewd acts upon a child and two counts of continuous s*xual abuse, with special allegations of substantial s*xual conduct involving victims under 14.

Prosecutors say the alleged abuse of two children happened over several years, in Ojai and Oxnard, and that Johnson had access to them through a family relationship.

Investigators believe there may be additional victims and are asking anyone with information to call Ventura County Sheriff’s Detective Michael Loth at 805-384-4745.

A bail review hearing is set for Aug. 28.

Johnson’s Facebook is built around casting himself as a guardian against other people supposedly endangering kids.

In Nov 2022 he asked how “sick people” (LGBTQ people) are “even allowed to be around young impressionable minds,” demanding “TOTAL EDUCATION REFORM.”

In Sept 2019 he called a school’s gender-identity program “Sickening.”

In March 2023 he called a district hiding kids’ gender status from parents “the beginning of the end.”

Every time, the target was someone else — a school board member, a teacher, an LGBTQ program — never the pastors like himself who are getting arrested regularly for grooming and s*xually abusing children.

Not a drag queen. Not a trans person. Not a Muslim. Not a socialist. Not an immigrant.

Just another “family values” MAGA pastor.

"Peace cannot be Ukraine's capitulation" — these words from Macron are a final nail in the coffin for those who dream of making deals with the Kremlin. The Minsk Agreements proved: Russia cannot be trusted. The only argument Moscow understands is strength. And France is ready to show it.

Next week, Paris will gather military leaders from countries ready to guarantee peace in Ukraine — not with papers and negotiations, but with actual forces on the ground. Europe is no longer toothless.

This is not just about Ukraine. It’s about a new world order. France has officially brought up nuclear deterrence for the entire continent. Macron is clearly hinting: if Trump’s America abandons Europe, the French nuclear shield will remain. This is unprecedented in modern history.

Merz came to power just as Trump’s U.S. no longer wants to hold Europe’s hand. And he understands this. “Europe must become independent from America” — this is not just a phrase, it’s a new strategy. He wants to shift the decision-making center in the EU. Paris, Berlin, Warsaw, London — this is now the core of the new order.

Europe will no longer be a continent afraid of its own shadow. It is arming itself, investing in its own security, and preparing for any scenario. And Ukraine in this process is not an object — it is a key ally.

The old world, where Europe needed Washington’s permission to act, is over.

A new era begins. And in this era, Ukraine is one of those who sets the rules.
