@AbbottLyon @StaceySolomon Ordered a personalised bracelet for my daughter to match her sisters for Christmas. They have made it wrong 3 times and now saying I have to order a different item. I don't want a different item I want the item I ordered made correctly. Not happy!!

@AbbottLyon @StaceySolomon ordered a bracelet with 3 charms on, it came only had 2 charms on. Contacted customer services told they would send out a replacement, sent the 2nd one wrong too!! Now telling me I have choose an alternative item so it doesn't happen again!!!
