Wow the service is have received from @asos and @PUMA for some trainers that are pretty much new and falling apart is shocking, I knew I should have stuck to the list of companies to boycott. Ive only myself to blame!
@EE riddle me this, why am I getting no little to no signal at home on the ground floor, upstairs only one bar. Signal checker says no problems but won't let me check further?!

@EE I can see on the sig check that there's a problem but can't log into the app to find out what it is! Or how long it will be! I need to be able to access my nhs emails and dont have wifi access hence returning to you knowing that I'd at least have a bar of signal more than o2!
