@BarclaysBizChat ridiculous amount of time wasted today trying to speak to adviser. Being instructed to talk to automated online that doesn’t answer questions. Time to move banks after 43 years
@Gravel_Master why offer next day delivery and take extra money if you can’t fulfil the order. I’ve wasted time and money waiting to speak to customer services. Half an hour being told to wait for next available and still waiting. No responses to emails - poor service
@canadagoose buyers beware when purchasing from this company, they “loose” returned coats and don’t give refund. My son is now £600 out of pocket and no coat.
